We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be indicated when ordering.

You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided when ordering. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you receive an incomplete or damaged delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will ask you to provide us with photos of the package and damaged products so that we can investigate the problem and offer you a solution.
