- Object
These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) define the conditions under which the products are sold by DATAC to its customers.
- Orders
Orders can be placed online via our website, or by contacting our customer service team. The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.
- Price and payment
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Shipping costs will be added to the price of the products and will be calculated based on the destination of the order. Payment can be made online via our website, by bank transfer or by credit card.
- Delivery
The products will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer when ordering. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and product availability. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. The customer will be informed of shipping costs at the time of ordering.
- Right to retract
In accordance with current regulations, and paragraph 3 of our return and refund policy for products:
The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the products to return the products without having to give reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. All returns must be made to the head office of the DATAC company only, no other method of return will be accepted . The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
- Guarantee
The products sold by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. The customer is encouraged to contact customer service if there is a problem with the products.
- Responsibility
The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages suffered by the customer, such as loss of profits, loss of opportunity, etc. The seller's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the products.
- Intellectual property
All content on the seller's website is the exclusive intellectual property of the seller. Any reproduction, representation or use, even partial, is prohibited.
- Protection of personal data
The personal data collected during the order will be used only to process the order and will not be transmitted to third parties without the customer's consent.
- Applicable right
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the sale of products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
