Return and refund policy

We are committed to providing high quality products and services to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy for most of our products and services.

  1. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies depending on the product or service you purchased. Please review the specific return and refund policies for the product or service you purchased.

  1. Return and refund for products

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The buyer must attach images of the product (front and back, as well as top and bottom) to demonstrate the intact condition of the original product before shipping.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any shipment out of time will result in an impossibility of reimbursement on our part.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused.
  • If damage is noted or the non-presence of an element initially present at the time of sale (with the exception of the invoice), a reduction of 5% to 100% may be applied to the initial reimbursement amount.
  • The buyer must explicitly express his wish to return the order before shipping.
  • The simple return of the goods without declaration or the refusal to take delivery is not sufficient to express your desire to withdraw.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • All returns must be made to the DATAC company headquarters only. No other method of return will be accepted.
  • Any modification, intervention or alteration carried out on a product by third parties, and not by DATAC, will void any applicable warranty.
  • Return packaging is the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of damage due to packaging that differs from the original and insufficiently robust packaging of the items, DATAC will not be responsible and will not be able to apply a guarantee.

Cf: article 1641 of the Civil Code and in accordance with the law, cf. article 8.1 and the consumer's right of withdrawal of the DGCCRF.

  1. Reimbursement for Services

If you are dissatisfied with a service you purchased from us, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must request a refund within 14 days of the date you purchased the service.
  • The service must not have been used or consumed.
  • You must include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of your product or service refund request. The refund will be made to the original payment method, unless you have agreed otherwise with us.
